Family owned and operated Allen Home Inspections was founded by Josh Allen in October 2011. A hard worker with a bold personality, Josh used his incredible home inspection skills and relational gifts to grow AHI into a quality, reputable home inspection company in the Dayton area. It is a journey he would not finish. In August 2020, Josh passed away unexpectedly - leaving the legacy of the company to his wife, Danica, and 3 children, Taylor, Jayden & Eden.
