Jerry is a Retired Union Electrical Contractor, of 28 years, Held a state electrical inspectors, contractors and fire alarm license. In the 80'S he flipped houses (or kept them for rental property). In the 90's He designs and built several unique homes. In retirement he has shared his knowledge residential and commercial construction through his efforts as a comprehensive inspector. He has also become a farmer in a 1833 home that he fully restored.
