Bio & Company Description In the 1980’s Todd Radloff was running a successful construction company focused on building custom residential and light commercial buildings. In the late 80’s, Todd heard from a family friend that home inspection companies were beginning to take off in larger cities, but had not reached Ohio yet. In 1989 Todd started Erie Inspection Service as a part-time business, performing one inspection per week when he was not on the construction site. The business started slow and was supported by his loving wife who took calls at their kitchen table while raising their kids. Since then, the business has experienced a lot of growth. Erie Inspection now has a team of 11 and performs over 2,500 home inspections per year. In 2021, Todd was appointed by Governor Mike DeWine to the Ohio Home Inspector Board – making him 1 of 5 Home Inspectors in the state of Ohio on the board.
